Together with other elements in the Periodic Table, Magnesium and Manganese are here to indulge into Aluminium to form an alloy that has higher specific heat capacity and gives you the cooling effect that you had never imagined before.

 

 The grid and trims are being treated with degreasing coating before the powder coating procedure. Even the tiniest component is treated with the most delicate care. This allows you to have total maintenance-free ceiling. With the Clip-in Tile system, it has a bevelled edge to form visually closed joints.

Characteristics

• Square / rectangular tiles clipped in non-visible supports for a smooth monolithic look​

• Base Material: Clip-In Profile Splice, End Clamp and Cross Connector are all available in electrolytic-galvanised steel, phosphatised and chemically treated in accordance with high industrial and consumer standards. Zinc and Manganese coating is double sided and 2.5 microns. 

• Coating: It is being treated and coated with a minimal thickness of 60 microns, is electrostatically applied ensuring uniform coating thickness, absolute adhesion, maximum resistance to abrasion. This coating process is applied after perforation and bending process, therefore exposed edges are protected. Standard gloss rate is up to 20% at 60 degree angle of incidence.
